Finally long awaited posting has come...
I am finally going to base. Will definately miss the sailing days, but looking forward to new challenges awaiting.
The feeling now is mixed.
The paradoxical feeling grawling within my heart.
Ship have taken away alot of precious time from family and friends, but the bonding with fellow ship mates becomes stronger.
Now I will have more time for my family, friends and myself. Hope I can use this precious time to really upgrade myself to prepare for second career when I ORD.
Two years is not a very long time... and seems like endless possiblities and things to accomplish. Hope I will not lose myself in the process.
Being a APVian, I ought not to look back. But look forward with a fearless resolution, venture where the brave venture, charge on courageously, took on life galantly, daring to make a difference and undaunted of all obstacles.
We do firmly belive that if u survive as a APVian, u can survive anywhere...
Its time to take hold of oneself, move on with confidence!
