Diamonds are the girl's best friend.
Reminds me of Moulin Rouge. A beautiful musical. We see the glamour and the lure of the glitterly pretty stone.
While the "Blood Diamond" transported us into another spectrum of the reality.
Though its a cruel end, people in certain part of the world indeed had to suffer so that people in another part of the world can attain a certain luxury.
In this movie, we clearly see the food chain. The Big fish eats the Small fish and the Small fish eats the Small fry and the Small fry eats the mirco-organism (please don't ask me what the mirco-organism eats- they probably survive on sunshine and love).
The cause? The Guy wants the Gal and the Gal wants the Rock and The Guy Gets the Rock. And the Guy gets the Gal.
The story? Its the game of Supply and Demand. Less supply equal to more demands and price goes up.
The moral? Finds a gal who doesn't insist on having the Rock.(Best if can survive solely on Sunshine and Love) WTF
(Where To Find) ;-p What were you thinking tsk tsk -Frown
Reminds me of a true story.
My dad,"To decide whether to buy or not to buy. See you need it or you want it...Its A or B."
My sis,"But somethings you want and you need."
My dad,"No... it must be either. For example." Points to Mum,"You need."(trying to curry flavour cause "NEED" equates to "BUY")
My mum,"So actually you don't WANT but you NEED huh..." Pointing to herself fiegning anger.
My sis,"Orh..."
My dad,"..." (Bad example of curry flavour)
Moral of the story: Don't give example that backfires.
But sometimes its really important to take a step back to evaluate if you really need to buy something!(Easier said than Done)
