How bout a Date with "Donald Duck"?

Sighz... Have been a week already. Ankle still sprained.

:(

Last week still went to see "Marley N Me" with a friend. It was a great movie if you like dog, story adapted from a book. The story surrounds the life of a Journalist and his wife and his children and most importantly his dog Marley.

I think its a beautiful movie but the tempo abit too rushed, trying to squeeze a long story line into a compact shell.

But sure enough, it offer us a peep at the fact the marriage could just be the grave for love. When two person commit themselves before God in a holy matrimony of Marriage. Often they do not know what is actually install for them ahead. When the dust of lovey dovey settles down... The work pressures, the car loan, the house loan, the children comes into the equation... And last thing you know, the finger pointing, raised voices... may even go to the verge of divorce. How really prepared are you for the Red Carpet now?

Nevertheless, be glad you are in Singapore, ample job opportunities, housing subsidies, baby bonuses to sweeten the deal...

Chinese got a very good saying, "You learn to appreciate your parents better when you become a parent yourself..."

In the midst of all that, the key is still communication. In a family, sacrifice is inevitable. It may be your plans, your dreams, your career at stake. Cannot be calculative over who put in more into a relationship or marriage... some things are intangible or unmeasurable. But consider this have we put in our best?

Haha... Before I killed too much brain cells trying to think about all these issues that is remotely related to my life at the moment... Now, a little pain in my ankle causing me to walk like "Donald Duck" for a limited period of time. How bout a date anyone?
