Thursday: Attended a CFD (contract for difference) seminar.
The seminar is held at Bukit batok POEMS investment centre.
Its an introduction to an product call CFD.
This instrutment will allow my money to work five times harder. Of course that's when the leverage is working for me... it could make my money disappear five times faster if not careful. Talks about a double edged sword.
Friday: Attended a Warrant Buffet Seminar @ SGX auditorium.
Haha... no typo... pun is fully intended.
Its not a Warren Buffett(wall street guru) seminar but a Warrant trading seminar with a nice spread of buffet.
This seminar is conducted by the number 1 warrant issuer in singapore- Societe Generale.
I got a better understanding of how this warrant trading thingie works. Of course, its still a long way before I dip my fingers into this. Not before I learn more about it. Education is inversely recipocal to Risk. And I still lack the education. Nevertheless, they serve a very nice buffet(its free)- got chance I will go again.
Saturday: Navy Sprint Challenge.
Yup, thanks to my itchy backside- nothing better to do...
I taken up this challenge to complete a 500m swim following a 3km run.
Well, good that I manage to complete the race- in one piece.
End of the day, I need to brush up my physical. More workout to follow- still a long way from passing the IPPT 07. Sighz
